Delete your VOLTLINE account
Delete it in the game (immediate)
- Open VOLTLINE and tap Settings (gear icon).
- In the Account section tap Delete online account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Or ask us by e-mail
If you can no longer open the game, e-mail support@bluetag.co.kr with the subject “Delete my VOLTLINE account” and include your nickname and, if possible, the names of levels you published. Because accounts are anonymous, we use this to find your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your anonymous account (ID, nickname)
- Levels you published and their plays, likes and reports
- Your clears, best times and replays, your likes and the reports you sent
- The link between your account and your “Remove ads” purchase
What is kept
- Server logs that contain IP addresses are deleted automatically, normally within 30 days.
- Records that we must keep by law, only for the period the law requires.
- Your purchase stays with your Google account (Google Play) or Apple ID (App Store), so you can restore “Remove ads” later with Settings → Restore purchases.
- Progress and settings saved on your phone stay there until you uninstall the game or clear its data.

- VOLTLINE을 열고 설정(톱니바퀴)을 누릅니다.
- 계정 항목에서 온라인 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
- 확인하면 계정이 즉시 삭제됩니다.
이메일로 요청하기
게임을 열 수 없다면 support@bluetag.co.kr로 제목을 “VOLTLINE 계정 삭제 요청”으로 해서 닉네임과 (가능하면) 게시한 레벨 이름을 보내 주세요. 계정이 익명이므로 이 정보로 계정을 찾습니다. 30일 이내에 삭제하고 완료되면 답장드립니다.
삭제되는 정보
- 익명 계정(ID, 닉네임)
- 게시한 레벨과 그 레벨의 플레이·좋아요·신고 기록
- 클리어 기록, 최고 기록, 리플레이, 내가 누른 좋아요와 보낸 신고
- 계정과 “광고 제거” 구매의 연결 정보
남는 정보
- IP 주소가 담긴 서버 로그는 통상 30일 이내에 자동 삭제됩니다.
- 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 기록은 해당 기간 동안만 보관합니다.
- 구매 내역은 Google 계정(Google Play) 또는 Apple ID(App Store)에 남으므로, 나중에 설정 → 구매 복원으로 “광고 제거”를 다시 적용할 수 있습니다.
- 휴대폰에 저장된 진행 상황과 설정은 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지울 때까지 남습니다.
