VOLTLINE Terms of Service
These terms apply to the VOLTLINE game (“the game”) and its online features, provided by BLUETAG (“we”, “us”). By using the game you agree to these terms. Before you publish content you will be asked to accept them in the game. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. Your license to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its levels, code, graphics, music and sound belong to BLUETAG or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer or modify the game except where the law allows it.
2. Online account
Online features use an anonymous account that the game creates on your device. Keep your device and its backup safe — whoever controls them controls the account. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
3. Your content
Levels, titles, descriptions and nicknames you create (“your content”) remain yours. By publishing your content you give BLUETAG a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, display, distribute and adapt it (for example to fit different screens) for running, improving and promoting the game. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that other players already saved or that we must keep by law. You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish your content.
4. Community rules
Do not publish, write or use as a nickname anything that:
- is sexually explicit, contains nudity or sexualizes minors;
- is hateful, harassing, bullying, threatening or discriminatory;
- promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activities, drugs or weapons;
- contains personal information about anyone, or impersonates another person or organization;
- is spam, advertising, a scam, or a link to unsafe content;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
Do not cheat or attack the service: no modified or automated replays, bots, exploits, attempts to access other accounts or to disrupt the servers.
5. Reporting and moderation
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Text that breaks these rules is blocked when you publish it. You can report a community level from its menu in the game, and hide levels from authors you do not want to see. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours: we may remove or hide content, reset records, or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. If you think we made a mistake, contact us.
6. Purchases
- “Remove ads” is a one-time, non-consumable purchase made through Google Play or the Apple App Store. It removes ads from the game and unlocks the extras described in the store screen.
- The purchase is linked to the Google account that made it. Use Settings → Restore purchases after reinstalling or on a new device.
- Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies and the consumer laws that apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
- Prices may vary by country and may change; the price shown before you confirm a purchase applies.
7. Ads
The free version shows ads from third parties (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they lead to. See the Privacy Policy for your ad choices.
8. Changes and availability
We may update the game, add or remove features, or change or end online features. We will try to give reasonable notice of major changes. The single-player game keeps working on your device without the online service.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop using the game at any time and delete your online account in Settings. We may suspend or end your access to online features if you break these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, unless your local law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and let you know in the game when the change is significant. If you keep using the game after the change, the new terms apply.

VOLTLINE 이용약관
이 약관은 BLUETAG(이하 “개발자”)가 제공하는 게임 VOLTLINE(이하 “게임”)과 온라인 기능의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 게임을 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 콘텐츠를 게시하기 전에는 게임 안에서 약관 동의를 받습니다. 동의하지 않으면 게임을 이용하지 마세요.
제1조 (이용 허락)
개발자는 이용자에게 개인적·비상업적 오락 목적으로 게임을 이용할 수 있는 비독점적이고 양도할 수 없으며 철회 가능한 권리를 부여합니다. 게임과 레벨, 코드, 그래픽, 음악, 효과음의 권리는 개발자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 법령이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 게임을 복제·판매·대여·역설계·변경할 수 없습니다.
제2조 (온라인 계정)
온라인 기능은 기기에서 자동으로 만들어지는 익명 계정으로 이용합니다. 기기와 백업을 관리하는 사람이 계정을 이용할 수 있으므로 안전하게 관리해 주세요. 계정으로 이루어진 행위의 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
제3조 (이용자 콘텐츠)
이용자가 만든 레벨, 제목, 설명, 닉네임(이하 “이용자 콘텐츠”)의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 콘텐츠를 게시함으로써 개발자가 게임의 운영·개선·홍보를 위해 해당 콘텐츠를 전 세계에서 무상·비독점적으로 저장, 복제, 표시, 배포하고 화면에 맞게 변형할 수 있도록 허락합니다. 이 허락은 이용자가 콘텐츠나 계정을 삭제하면 종료됩니다. 다만 다른 이용자가 이미 저장한 사본과 법령상 보관이 필요한 경우는 예외입니다. 이용자는 콘텐츠를 게시할 정당한 권리가 있음을 보장합니다.
제4조 (커뮤니티 규칙)
다음에 해당하는 내용을 게시하거나 닉네임으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
- 음란물, 노출, 아동·청소년을 성적 대상으로 하는 내용
- 혐오, 괴롭힘, 따돌림, 협박, 차별을 담은 내용
- 폭력, 자해, 테러, 불법 행위, 마약, 무기를 조장하는 내용
- 타인의 개인정보 노출, 다른 사람이나 단체를 사칭하는 내용
- 스팸, 광고, 사기, 위험한 콘텐츠로 연결되는 내용
- 타인의 저작권, 상표권 등 권리를 침해하는 내용
조작되거나 자동화된 리플레이, 봇, 버그 악용, 다른 계정 접근 시도, 서버 방해 등 부정행위와 서비스 공격을 금지합니다.
제5조 (신고 및 운영 조치)
불쾌한 콘텐츠와 다른 이용자를 괴롭히는 행위는 일절 허용하지 않으며, 규칙에 어긋나는 문구는 게시할 때 차단됩니다. 커뮤니티 레벨은 게임 안의 메뉴에서 신고할 수 있고, 보고 싶지 않은 제작자의 레벨은 숨길 수 있습니다. 개발자는 신고를 24시간 이내에 처리하는 것을 목표로 검토해 약관을 위반한 콘텐츠를 삭제·숨김 처리하거나 기록을 초기화하고, 계정을 정지·삭제할 수 있으며, 사전 통지 없이 조치할 수 있습니다. 조치에 이의가 있으면 문의해 주세요.
제6조 (유료 구매)
- “광고 제거”는 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store를 통한 1회성 비소모성 상품으로, 게임의 광고를 없애고 상점 화면에 안내된 혜택을 제공합니다.
- 구매는 결제한 Google 계정에 연결됩니다. 재설치하거나 기기를 바꾼 경우 설정 → 구매 복원을 이용하세요.
- 결제, 청약철회, 환불은 Google Play 또는 Apple의 정책과 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 이용자에게 적용되는 소비자 관련 법령에 따라 처리되며, 이 약관은 법령상 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
- 가격은 국가별로 다르거나 바뀔 수 있으며, 구매 확인 전에 표시된 가격이 적용됩니다.
제7조 (광고)
무료 버전에는 제3자(Google AdMob)의 광고가 표시됩니다. 개발자는 제3자 광고의 내용이나 광고가 연결하는 사이트에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 광고 설정은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
제8조 (서비스 변경)
개발자는 게임을 업데이트하고 기능을 추가·삭제하거나 온라인 기능을 변경·종료할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 합리적인 기간 전에 알리도록 노력합니다. 온라인 서비스가 종료되어도 기기에 설치된 싱글 플레이 게임은 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (책임의 제한)
게임은 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 개발자는 서비스가 중단되지 않거나 오류가 없음을 보장하지 않으며, 간접·결과적 손해나 데이터 손실에 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 개발자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 책임과 법령상 배제할 수 없는 책임은 제한되지 않습니다.
제10조 (이용 종료)
이용자는 언제든 게임 이용을 중단하고 설정에서 온라인 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 약관을 위반한 이용자의 온라인 기능 이용을 정지하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
제11조 (준거법 및 관할)
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 강행적인 소비자 보호 법령은 그대로 적용됩니다. 분쟁은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
제12조 (약관의 변경)
개발자는 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지에 게시하고 중요한 변경은 게임 안에서도 안내합니다. 변경 후에도 게임을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관이 적용됩니다.
